Present Continous Tense
It is used to talk about any action that is happening
or is in progress at the current time.

In Present Continuous Tense, the verb ends with “ing”.

Go + ing = Going
Do + ing = Doing
Sleep + ing = Sleeping

We use ‘am’ and ‘am not’ to make present continuous sentences with ‘I’:
