 Is she coming ? क्या वो आ रही है? Yes, she is. No, she isn’t (is not).

 Is he participating in the competition? क्या वह प्रतियोगिता में भाग ले रहा है? Yes, he is. No, he isn’t (is not). 

Is it raining? क्या बारिश हो रही है? Yes, it is. No, it isn’t (is not).

Question using “Are”
