Possessive Adjectives
It can be defined as adjectives which modifies a noun toshow its ownership.
The possessive adjectives are 'My', 'Your', 'His', 'Her',
'Its', 'Our', 'Their'
Example: This is my book. Here the adjective 'my' is showing
the possession of the book.

It can be defined as pronouns which replaces a noun toshow its ownership.
The possessive adjectives are ‘Mine’, ‘Yours’, ‘His’,
‘Hers’, ‘Its’, ‘Ours’, ‘Theirs’
Example: This book is mine. Here the pronoun 'mine'
is showing the possession of the book.

My brother is a tennis player. These trophies are his.
