వినయపూర్వకంగా ప్రశ్నలు అడగటం	To ask questions politely
మీ ముందున్న వ్యక్తిని మర్యాదగా ఏదైనా అడగాలనుకుంటే, అప్పుడు మీరు ‘Would you’, ‘Could you’, ‘May I’ లని వాడతారు.	When you want to politely ask something from the opposite person, then you use ‘Would you’, ‘Could you’, ‘May I’.

ఇంతకు ముందు సంబాషణలో మీరు Simple Past Tense మరియు Past Continuous Tense రెండిటిలోనూ వాక్యాలు చూసారు	In the previous conversation, you heard sentences from both the Simple Past Tense and Past Continuous Tense.
గతంలో సంభవించిన చర్యలను గురించి మాట్లాడటం కోసం Simple Past Tense ని వాడుతారు.	Simple Past Tense is used to talk about  those actions that happened in the past.
Past Continuous Tense గతంలో జరుగుతున్న సంఘటనల గురించి మాట్లాడటానికి ఉపయోగిస్తారు.	Past Continuous is used to talk about those actions that were in progress in the past.
మనం ఈ రెండు రూపాల్నీ (Past Continuous & Simple Past)ఒకే వాక్యంలో వాడినప్పుడు:	When we use these two forms in the same sentence, we use:
Past Continuous : గతంలో జరుగుతూ ఉన్న చర్యల గురించి మాట్లాడటం కోసం	Past Continuous:  to talk about actions that were in progress in the past.

Simple Past : గతంలో ముగిసిపోయిన చర్యల గురించి మాట్లాడటం కోసం	Past Simple :    to talk about action that were completed in the past.

Past Continuous Tense లో ప్రశ్నలు తయారు చేయడం	Making questions in "Past continuous tense"
Past Continuous Tense లో  ‘was’/ ‘were’ మరియు ‘WH words’లని ఉపయోగించి ప్రశ్నలు తయారు చేయవచ్చు.	Questions can be formed in the Past Continuous Tense by using ‘was’/ ‘were’ and ‘WH words’.
Past Continuous Tense లో నకారాత్మక ప్రశ్నలు తయారు చేయటానికి ‘was’/ ‘were’ ల తరువాత ‘not’ ని కలుపుతాం – was not (wasn’t), were not (weren’t).	‘Not’ is added after ‘was’/ ‘were’ to form negative questions in the Past Continuous Tense – was not (wasn’t), were not (weren’t).
