Comparative Degree is used to compare two people's or things' quality	দুটি বস্তু বা দুজন ব্যক্তির quality -এর তুলনা করতে হলে আমরা ইংরাজিতে Comparative Degree ব্যবহার করে থাকি
Comparative degree is made in two ways:	Comparative degree  মূলতঃ দুভাবে গঠণ করা যায়:
By adding 'er' after adjective	বিশেষণের (adjective) পরে 'er' যোগ করে
By adding more after adjective	বিশেষণের (adjective) পূর্বে 'more' যোগ করে
We usually add 'er' after small adjectives to make their comparative degree	আকারে ছোট যেসকল বিশেষণ সেগুলির যখন আমরা  'comparative degree' করি সাধারণভাবে সেগুলির শেষে 'er' যোগ করে করি
big	বড়
small	ছোট
tall	লম্বা
cold	ঠান্ডা
hot	গরম
Ram is taller than Shyam.	রাম শ্যামের থেকে লম্বা।
They are richer than us.	ওরা আমাদের থেকে ধনী।
I am poorer than her.	আমি ওর থেকে গরীব।
Mohan runs faster than Deepak.	মোহন দীপকের থেকে দ্রুত দৌড়ায়।

Sachin Tendulkar is more popular than Ricky Ponting.	শচীন তেন্ডুলকার রিকি পন্টিংয়ের থেকে বেশী জনপ্রিয়।
A sofa is more comfortable than a chair.	সোফা চেয়ারের থেকে বেশী আরামদায়ক।
My brother is more intelligent than me.	আমার ভাই আমার থেকে বেশী বুদ্ধিমান।
English is easier than maths.	ইংরাজি গণিতের থেকে সহজতর।
A month is longer than a week.	এক মাস এক সপ্তাহের থেকে দীর্ঘতর।
Girls are more talkative than boys.	মেয়েরা ছেলেদের থেকে বেশী কথা বলে।
An air conditioner is more expensive than a cooler.	কুলারের থেকে এয়ার কন্ডিশনার বেশী ব্যয়বহুল।
