Past Tense - Usage of 'was', 'were'	ભૂતકાળ-'was','were'  નો ઉપયોગ
Making Positive sentences	સકારાત્મક વાક્ય બનાવો
Making Negative sentences	નકારાત્મક વાક્ય
Usage of Was and Were	was, were નો ઉપયોગ
Was and Were are used in the Past Tense (Past Tense)	was, were નો ઉપયોગ ભૂતકાળમાં(Past Tense) થાય છે.
Was and were are used when we do not need to show an action (verb).	જ્યારી આપડે કોઇ કાર્ય (Verb)ના દર્શાવવું  હોય ત્યારે આપડે was , were નો ઉપયોગ કરીએ છીએ .
Like:	જેમ કે-
He was intelligent.	તે બુધ્ધિશાળી હતો.
Rohan was happy to meet with me.	રોહન મને મળીને ખુશ હતો.
They were ready to come with us.	તેઓ આપણી સાથે આવવા તૈયાર હતાં.
Positive sentences (using 'was')	સકારાત્મક વાક્ય ('was')નો ઉપયોગ કરો.
He was late for the meeting.	તેને સભા માટે મોડુ થઇ ગયું હતું.
She was at the park.	તેણીની "park"(બગીચામાં) હતી.
I was very hungry.	મને ઘણી ભૂખ લાગી હતી.
It was a beautiful dress.	તે એક સુંદર પોશાક હતો.
Postive sentences (using 'were')	સકારાત્મક વાક્ય ('were')નો ઉપયોગ કરો.
They were late for the meeting.	તેઓને સભા માટે મોડુ થઇ ગયું હતું .
You were at the park.	તું પાર્ક માં હતો.
We were very hungry.	અમને ઘણી ભૂખ લાગી હતી.
Negative Sentences (using was not)	નકારાત્મકવાક્ય ('was not') નો ઉપયોગ કરો.
He was not late for the meeting.	તેને સભા  માટે મોડે નતું થયું હતુ
She was not at the park.	તેણી પાર્કમાં ન હતી.
I was not hungry.	મને ભૂખ લાગી ન હતી.

I was at my friend's home.	હું મારા મિત્રના ઘરે હતો .
We were at a party last night.	અમે કાલે રાત્રે  એક પાર્ટી માં હતાં.
My son was very naughty in his childhood.	મારો છોકરો તેના બાળપણમાં ઘણો તોફાની હતો.
It was the most memorable day of my life.	તે મારા જીવનનો સૌથી યાદગાર દિવસ હતો.
Rohan was very worried.	રોહન ઘણો ચિંતામાં હતો.
