Past Tense : Simple questions	অতীত কাল: সরল প্রশ্নাবলি
Using 'Was' and 'Were'	Was' এবং 'Were'-এর ব্যবহার
Usage of Was/Were	Was/Were এর ব্যবহার
Used to ask simple questions in the Past Tense with 'yes and no' as answers.	অতীত কালে সরল প্রশ্নাবলি জিজ্ঞাসা করবার জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয় যাতে 'yes and no' উত্তর পাওয়া যায়
Used in those questions where verb is not used.	সেইসকল প্রশ্নাবলির ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয় যেখানে verb ব্যবহার করা হয় না
Like -	যেমন -
Was Anu at the party?	অনু কি পার্টিতে ছিল?
Was he your boss?	তিতি কি আপনার বস?
Please note - there are no Verbs in these sentences.	অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন - এই বাক্যগুলিতে কোন Verb নেই।
Was/Were Question Format	Was/Were প্রশ্নের ধরণ
These questions begin with 'Was' or 'Were'.	এই প্রশ্নগুলি 'Was' অথবা 'Were' দিয়ে আরম্ভ করা হয়
The selection of Was/Were depends on the Doer/Subject.	Doer/Subject-এর উপর নির্ভর করে Was/Were নির্বাচন করা হয়
Question - by using "Was"	প্রশ্ন - "Was" ব্যবহার করে
Was Meeta your friend?	মিতা কি আপনার বন্ধু?
Was Rohan with you?	রোহন কি আপনার সঙ্গে ছিল?
Was the soup cold?	স্যুপটি কি ঠান্ডা ছিল?
Was I there?	আমি কি সেখানে ছিলাম?
Question - by using "Were"	প্রশ্ন -"Were" ব্যবহার করে
Were you there?	আপনি কি সেখানে ছিলেন?
Were they happy to see you?	তাঁরা কি আপনাকে দেখে খুশী হয়েছিলেন?
Were we very naughty?	আমরা কি খুব দুষ্টু ছিলাম?
Were you in Mumbai last week?	আপনি কি গত সপ্তাহে মুম্বাইতে ছিলেন?
Was Pooja with you?	পূজা কি আপনার সঙ্গে ছিল?
Was he a brilliant student?	ও কি বুদ্ধিমান ছাত্র ছিল না?
