To talk about actions completed in the past	অতীতে যেসকল ঘটনা ঘটে গেছে সেগুলি বিষয়ে বলা
It is not necessary to mention time over here.	এখানে সময়কাল উল্লেখ করা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নয়।
Two types of verbs are used in the past tense – Regular and Irregular	অতীত কাল বোঝাতে দু ধরণের ক্রিয়াপদ (verb) ব্যবহার করা হয় - Regular এবং Irregular
Verbs that do not end with "d", "ed" and "ied" in their Simple Past Tense forms are known as Irregular Verbs.	Simple Past Tense-এর রূপে যেসকল verb-এর শেষে "d", "ed" এবং "ied" থাকে না তাদের Irregular Verbs বলে
The Past form of "write" is "wrote". Therefore, "write" is an Irregular Verb.	"write" এর Past form হল "wrote"। সেইকারণে,  "write" হল একটি Irregular Verb।
Some irregular verbs with their past forms are given below	কয়েকটি irregular verbs-এর past forms সহ নীচে উল্লেখ করা হল
